Driving Directions

From I20/I59 North/East
Take Exit 108 (Academy Drive)
Bear Right at the bottom of the ramp
Turn left onto 9th Avenue West
Medical Center is Approximately 1 mile on the right

From I20/I59 South/West
Take Exit 108 (Academy Drive)
Turn Left at the bottom of the ramp
Turn left onto 9th Avenue West
Medical Center is Approximately 1 mile on the right

Parking

Parking is free at UAB Medical West. You can park in the main lot in front of
the  medical center's professional building and in the 4-story parking deck on
Medical Center Drive next to the emergency department.

Two additional side lots have also been designated as patient and visitor lots in 
order to meet the needs of our growing community.

A free shuttle service is available in the main parking lot, Monday through
Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
